Item arrived intact, on time, looks just like the pics. Nice quality and selection, I definitely recommend this. The directions aren’t in English, so I just used google translate. It works and heats up. But the dial is really hard to turn. I can’t get it past 30 minutes which is fine. I’ll try to look online if there is a trick to the dial. Other than that, good purchase. Perfect for camping all year around.
